Date & Time: Tuesdays, September 24 & October 8; 7:00-8:30 PM

Location: Heritage Universalist Unitarian Church, 2710 Newtown Rd.

Join us for a 2-part interactive workshop where we delve into the transformative principles of non-violent communication, inspired by Marshall Rosenberg. Don’t miss this opportunity to transform your communication style and deepen your connections. Join us for an empowering workshop on compassionate communication! One registration covers two sessions.

Workshop Highlights:

  • Understanding the 4 Components: Explore and practice the foundational elements of non-violent communication: observations, feelings, needs, and requests. Learn how these components can foster connection and mutual understanding in all types of interactions.
  • Application in Real-Life Situations: Gain insights into when and how to apply non-violent communication techniques in your daily life. Whether dealing with politics, family dynamics, or other sensitive topics, you’ll develop strategies to navigate conversations with grace and clarity.
  • Replacing Existing Patterns: Identify your current communication patterns and learn new strategies to replace them with compassionate approaches. Enhance your ability to listen actively, express yourself authentically, and build meaningful connections.
  • Learn and Practice: The second session is a continuation of the first and will include opportunities to practice the skills and strategies learned in the first session.
